| RAPTOR TATE. | We have given this company multiple chances to make things right. THEY DON'T! Michael came out several times to fix our appliance. Each time he told us something else was wrong and that we needed to purchase more parts to make things work properly. But every time those parts were swapped out, the issues were not fixed. Of course that meant we needed to buy more parts...and so the saga continues. Is our problem fixed? NO! Is our wallet a lot thinner? YES! Are we moving on? ABSOLUTELY! This time I will do my due diligence and research the company ahead of time. Hope you do the same. |

Their techs have no class, professionalism or follow through. And whatever you do, don't pre-pay them for anything! Parts, service or anything! You will never see them, your parts and you will never get them to answer your calls. MOVE ON or you will be sorry just like I am now. I should have read all the reviews. We can't all be wrong. |

I started to think there was something wrong with my phone. Maybe they couldn't hear me. Something wrong when you cannot get a company to engage with a customer that is trying to give them money. |
