He discussed with me what was needed in installing a complete new system and at no time tried to upsell me products or services that were not needed. He had to remove the original old A/C system from 1982 and install a whole new system including duct work and vents. I was expecting him to come back to me and say because of this or that there would be an added cost. It never happened.
