| Carmen Maines | We purchased a brand new Whirlpool french door refrigerator about a month ago. It was about 400 less than the same model at Lowe's. The door handles had scratches on them but other than that everything else about the refrigerator looked great. When we paid for it the salesman said that he might be able to switch out the handles for better ones. I really didn't get my hopes up but sure enough when it was delivered a few days later the handles had been replaced so the front of the refrigerator was perfect. Despite their advertising that delivery is free we were charged 25 because we live in Summerfield. I assume free delivery is within a certain geographic area but the website doesn't state that. The delivery itself went well -they showed up when they said they would and were able to get the fridge in with some maneuvering but no damage to walls or doorways. So far, the refrigerator works great and even had a couple of extra features we weren't aware of in the store. The whole experience was very positive. |
