They like to charge by the hour, even when the driver is "waiting" in his truck. They do not care if the equipment was fixed or not. Horrible business practice. Equipment still not working after almost 10 hours billed. This is INSANE. So, you respond 3 months after with a 30 day warranty?? Last time I called, your tech expend 4 hours here, did NOT fix anything, and you CHARGED me for 4 more hours. I just want my money back. |
