Appliance Repair by The Vacuum Store in North Palm Beach, Florida

I called regarding an issue and brought the one I had purchased a couple of months ago in. The fix was a simple one and the gentleman was very kind and made sure all was well with the vacuum before I left the store. I would recommend this store highly. So nice to know that there are business people out there willing to make things right. I appreciate his service.

Called in thinking that my central vacuum system needed maintenance. Spoke to the very knowledgeable and might I add, honest one of the few remaining "last of the Mohicans" and informative business man. What could have been a very expensive house call to wash my filter......instead, he kindly took the time to explain the simplicity of how to take care of the issue by cleaning the filter maintenance it myself and easily. Many Thanks and much appreciation for the honest, time and money saving. Will certainly be the guy we use if needed.

Fantastic Find! We are new to the area and was looking for a new vacuum cleaner. I prefer to support businesses in the community rather than buying from big box stores or Amazon although I do buy from Amazon when I'm lazy. Glad I decided to visit Fred's store. When I mentioned that I needed a new vacuum, Fred said that the type I would need would depend on my cleaning needs. Right to left logical thinking is alive and well. Who wouldn't want to work with someone who is not selling brands but selling what will work best for the customer's needs? The vacuum I bought is a Miele canister with a 5 year warranty and Fred will check it out once a year for free to ensure it's in tip top shape. I look forward to seeing Fred once a year as well as buying bags from him as his prices are fair. Thanks for your good old fashioned customer service and care, Fred! You are a gem.
