I was thinking about buying a new refrigerator as I was talking to Mike, one of the owners. I shared with him how I tried to replace my control panel that was bad to my current refrigerator. I shared with him that when I installed it, the lights were on but the outside panel said off and the refrigerator wasn't running. He told me to just hit the outside arrow to control the temperature and that would program the new control panel and it should work. He was right. Thank you Mike for being honest and helping me out. The you tube video forgot to mention that final step. You made my day.

Good inventory, and they deliver/haul away the old one. That's about the only good thing I have to say about this place. About a week ago 12/20/19 we got a fridge delivered let it stabilize for 24 hours and filled it up with everything for Christmas dinner. Between the 10 filet mignons, pounds of bacon, and the standard cheese platters, and appetizers there was 300+ of food in there. Come 12/23 there's a repair man at the house fixing the fridge that came with a busted heater. He throws all our food in the sink and tells us its "unfortunate" but it has to totally defrost for 24 hours. No loaner fridge, not even a cooler with some dry ice to keep our food frozen or even cool. My mom works for grande aire an ac/appliance repair place and when something like this happens at her company, they supply a loaner fridge and freezer. He even left the ice bucket, all the shelves and the back of the freezer on the floor of my kitchen for me to put back together after working 9am-9pm. They're closed Christmas eve when we start the fridge again and of course it still doesn't work so we went through our first Christmas on our own with no fridge and watching all of our food go bad. We had to eat out for 4 days straight, and that on its own cost as much as the fridge. When they opened again on the 26th the salesman told us the fridge still wasn't working because we didn't put the back back on it. The repair man said don't put the back on it to make sure the new heater turned on and he showed us how it worked, after the freezer dethawed and melted all over the heater it didn't turn on like it did for the repair man. When explained why we left it off and that it started freezing within 30 minutes he said he could refund us or switch it for a new one because we must not have let it dethaw all the way and basically blamed the whole thing on us and the repair man for not putting the back on it. And on top of it they act like they're doing me the favor. After wasting money on a broken fridge, and food for what I thought was going to be my first Christmas entertaining at my own place and now eating out to keep my family fed they offer me the 200 back for the fridge and think that will solve all my problems. Merry Christmas. Also I included the photos to show it was fully dethawed and what it looked like after 20 minutes of running. Along with the stuff in my fridge that I didn't immediately throw in the trash due to the horrible smell. Everything needs to be replaced but at least I'm getting a refund for the fridge that may cover half of everything that was lost... Oh and I'm still out a fridge!!!

IAFF Local 1826 district 13 were completing a community out reach program and were in need of an appliance. We reached out to several stores and appliance outfitters were outstanding!
