I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission- Consumer fraud division. Please contact them for information before doing business with this company. Also note they remove negative reviews so you can not see them. Beware, if you are a senior such as we are they take advantage of you. I will continue to warn consumers about this company until they reimburse me for my expense that they said they would pay and then refused. They lied to me. |

HOWEVER when it comes to service, I have to say that Affordable Air went above and beyond the call of duty when the AC stopped working one hot summer night with a 3 month old baby! They came after hours and delivered exceptional service at a more than reasonable rate. Customer for life! Thank you Affordable Air! |
