| Matthew Martin | Freddy is a nice guy who came out and found the issue with my fridge on March 2nd 2020. He did not have the part and had to order it and told me it would be here March 16th 2020. I just got off the phone to see if there was an update and I was told the part now wouldn't be in until April 17th, 2020. While I cannot comment on the work they do, I can comment that there is zero concern to keep customers updated and must think not having a fridge for 6 weeks is do-able. Being without a fridge for two weeks is difficult enough - not being told that it will actually be 6 weeks again, only when I called is downright wrong. I would have ordered the part myself. Stay away. |
