Liebherr freeze was dead after hurricane irma when I returned called Don as he had fixed it a year or two back. Had gotten his contact from Liebherr originally. He did not have the inverter that was bad when came by. Had to prepay 350 for part. He came back weeks later and repaired ge stove that had bad control but inverter did not work for freezer. Came back weeks later 3rd time with another inverter did not work. Confirm using refrigerator inverter that it was the inverter. Took broken inverter and saI'd he would send for repair as well as the old one he left a few years back. That was Oct 24. Never have I been able to reach him again. Dec 22 called Dolling appliance based on liebherr recommendation. The came today Dec 29. Replaced inverter taken. Reconnected all parts left in disarray by Don and gone in 30 minutes. Bottom line not sure what happened to Don but it cost me 350 to repair a stove which is a high price and never get a good inverter installed for 3 months. Then had to pay someone else to do the work for an additional 500. Can't recommend Don anymore.

Horrible customer service!!!! It took a guy over 2 weeks to come to fix my freezer hes come 3 times! and now my freezer has completely stopped working and they nevr pick up the phone or answer phone calls!!!! Don't ever use them!!!!!
