We called them, they came and cleaned up the accumulated water and went away saying there would be no more. Unfortunately, 1 week later the problem occurred again. We called the company, but the response was unbelievable, unprofessional. The voice on the phone was saying that DO NOT CALL US AGAIN. What kind of respect and responsibility is this? certainly do not recommend this company. |
