| David S | These guys high end are very bad they sent me a technician to my house to check my sub zero and told me i needed a compressor the price was a bit high and the tek was nasty with me and very Aggressive to sale me the job so I decided to get a second Opinion and found a good company called mr appliance they gave me 300 less in price to do the job and treated me like a human I will continue to do business with this company in the future but I won't do business with high end any more etc |
| David Martinez | Run away fast from these guys I had them come out to my home in coral gables fl to fix my subzero refrigerator they changed a electrical board and charged me a lot of money then I called them back because it didn't work and they didn't show up to appointment we had set up so I just got fed up and called another company they came out changed a coil put Freon and the unit works fine now I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone there not so good in fixing and not so good in keeping appointments also not so nice on the phone and technician who came out wasn't too nice either etc |
