Excellent experience! I called on a monday morning at 10:00am and one of the technicians answered right away. He was very friendly and advised me of their estimate visit policy. The visit and estimate is 55 but that is waived if you choose to have them fix it. They said they would arrive before 12 and were at my house at 11:15 Very quick service so far I was very impressed. I was still a bit worried because these kind of issues can be price and some companies can be rude and unfair. This was not the case at all. Right away the technicians greeted me and got right to fixing the problem. They were good at communicating what was wrong with the fridge and estimating the total cost to fix. My fridge had a broken motor which they said would be 100 to replace plus 60 labor. I checked online and the part averages 95 - 200 dollars which means they were very fair in pricing, unlike sears repair which always charges me the max possible. The labor was also very fair since they had to drive to my house and spent close to 45 minutes fixing it. This company is a diamond in the rough in today's world. I am very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and honest appliance repair experience.
