| ed fue | Horrible service. Eddie is a scammer. Very unprofessional and unethical. Tries selling you services you dont need. And tells you that you need to replace parts that are working perfect in order to charge you more. Showed up at my house for a warranty job, with a horrible attitude, and he tells me that I need to change this part, and this other part, and give maintenance, so on and so on. And that the warranty does not cover any of that. What!!! Thats why you have warranty. Since he came across as unethical, and kept giving me the run around everytime I asked him a question, I told him to leave and he gets all mad and rude. Called warranty company. They sent out other company, super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Had my appliance fixed quickly and correctly. Not even the part that this scammer was saying was causing the problem. Do yourself a favor, use someone else. This guy is unethical and completely lost when it comes to fixing appliances. Either he lacks the basics for appliance repairs, or he is just a scammer. Probably both. Dont throw your money away, use someone else. Anyone else!!! You'll be glad you did. |
