| Billy P | I went into the shop with the power supply board for my TV to get it checked for a bad fuse, the gentleman there told me they dont work on just the board like that, I would need to bring in the entire tv. I explained I live in Sebastian so he asked me what the symptoms were for the unit. Now at that point he could very easily told me to just bring it back or scrap it, but instead he said it sounded like it just needed to reset itself. Not really convinced I went home put the power board back in as he instructed and it actually worked. I would highly recommend them as you can hardly find people who are as honest and care more about people than money. I thank you so much. |

One of their simple suggestions was to unplug the TV. It worked. Everything rebooted and the audio was restored. This is an honest company. Roth sacrificed an easy repair bill and did the right thing. Such customer care is rare and nonpareil to any contemporaries including the guys with the white shirts and black ties who work for a certain national electronics retailer.. |
