| cissy burnette | Called K&B in desperation. No one knew who to call as 2 old timers retired. Tried someone in Perry who didn't respond. Replaced fan on fridge, motor burned out during time I was seeking repairman. Has ordered knob for stove and best of all, hooked up AC at house being remodeled! He came late in the day both times as he does warranty work out of town. Very detailed and conscientious. UPDATE-Never came back to replace stove knob and never called back when problems with AC. So sad as we desperately need a repairman we can depend on in Madison. |
