However, when I called R&B Home Appliance Kenny took the time to ask specific questions about the problem, was patient while he walked me through where to find the model number and serial number. He then assessed 3 possible scenarios and provided a quote for parts and labor for each! I set the appointment. Matt the technician called to let me know he was on his way on time. He arrived neat, tidy and organized and assessed which part was needed. It was ordered and he returned two days later to install. Again, arrived on time, neat and ready to work. Refrigerator all fixed. BEST compliment I can give is I will call them again for any future home appliance repairs AND I will refer to them anyone who mentions then need appliance service. Friendly, thorough and fair. |
