Appliance Repair by Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning in Lithia, Florida

Hot 2 Cold is by far the best A/C repair services we have ever used. The response was very fast, sent someone out within an hour and a half. The prices a reasonable and fair. They didn't overcharge like some other companies. Our heater wasn't working, so we called them to come service it. They sent Heath, who is the most honest, professional, and easy to work with technician that we have encountered. He really takes the time to troubleshoot and explain issues. My brother is a A/C tech is Georgia so we always run things by him. In the past other local techs have been intimidated when we ask them to speak with my brother or when we run things by him. But not Heath. He confidently explained his assessment. We will definitely use Hot 2 Cold again, and request Heath!

Had 2 different employees come out and diagnose the same problem with my ac . With in one day both times ac broke again after they fixed it . Not a fan of spending 1200 for a day and half of air . Would NEVER recommend Hot 2 Cold Air . Maybe they should change there name just to Hot air . After I called with my displeasure and ask if they had a warranty on their work I was told I had to wait 6 hours for someone to come fix their mistake .

If you are looking for the best, you have found it! Paula was awesome taking my call early this morning and followed through to let me know when Wayne was on his way just a few short hours later. Wayne was wonderful! Honest, professional, efficient, and fair priced! He not only fixed our AC problem quickly, but advised us on what to do on a monthly basis ourselves for better performance. I highly recommend him! Some companies charge you just to come out, diagnose, and not even put it towards your repair...don't waste your time, money, or energy in looking for/calling anyone else. Choose Wayne at Hot 2 Cold!
