| Ginger Daniels | Do not take your vacuum here for repair!!! In 2/17 I dropped off my Dyson and was told there were 3 vacuums that needed to be repaired before me. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I called to follow up and was told a filter had been ordered. For the next 9 weeks I called every week and once stopped in person to check on the situation. Every single time the lady at the office told me the filter was on back order, that she would call and check on it, let me know and that she "felt my pain" being without a working vacuum. In 6/17, after NOT ONE return or courtesy call, I GAVE UP! I purchased a new vac on Amazon. So...if you need your vacuum repaired do not bring it here because you will never see it nor hear anything about it again. What a disappointment after I chose this business based on it's good reviews. |
