Jesse is awesome, use him if you are looking for someone to show up on time and do a great job! My dryer wouldn't heat and my fridge wouldn't cool, in under an hour both were doing what they were supposed to - and I didn't feel like I lost an arm and leg for the service. Jesse is great to talk to and explains what he is working on well so that I know how to relate future problems, and he even offered to walk me through minor fixes that I might want to do on my own in the future -- who would do that?! I know for a fact, no one else is going to work on my appliances except the absolute best appliance company!

Does not answer his phone when you call him, he only calls you back. Came out and said he repaired our dryer and charged us 150.00. A day later the dryer stopped working and he came back out but said he needed some parts and would return next day. It has been two weeks and we have called him almost everyday. He will not return our phone calls!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Jesse got me on the schedule to repair my refrigerator quickly. He came out a diagnosed and promptly fixed the problem, relying on his years of experience. Good guy, good price, great service.
