A couple years ago I went to his store complaining that my dryer was taking too long to dry with a self diagnosis that the heater must be going out. He calmly said "it's not your dryer, it's your vent, it's clogged if you have never had it cleaned out ". He gave me a recommendation for a company to have the vent cleaned, and TA-DA, it work perfectly again. They are fair, reliable and timely. They sell new and used appliances of many types and brands.
