Great customer service! I brought in a leather belt that needed to be shortened and it was done in an hour and looks great. I would definitely go back.

Last month Jan 2018 I brought a pair of shoes to this shop to have new heels put on them and he quoted me a price of around 28.00 which I thought was a little high but I paid it anyway. I had brought them in on a Friday and he told me to come back next week and he'd have them ready. Monday I go back to the shop and I find the business closed. Tuesday afternoon I finally showed up again for the 3rd time and I get the shoes and that night at a black tie formal event my date looked at the bottom of the shoes and said "Did you have these fixed at a tire store?" I look on the bottom and find a Goodyear logo on the heels! Well I was kind of amused at the time but later on that night both soles came loose while I was at this black tie event and ended up falling down a set of stairs. I wasn't seriously hurt but I did have bruises for about a week. I make a 4th trip to the shop and I find a sign that says the business is closed because of a family matter and I had made a call ahead of time and got an answering machine that stated the hours of the business before I went. Finally after a 5th trip to this place I find the guy and show him the problem and he looked me straight in the eye and said 20.00! Now what I'm going to say here is that shoe glue is a couple of dollars at Walmart and it really wasn't the money but the attitude of the service more then anything else! I had made 5 trips down there to get my shoes fixed and he refused even to give me a squirt of glue for all the trouble I had been through to track him down??? Well this isn't a place I'd ever want to do business with again even if he was a master cobbler! This is a place who will nitpick you to death on everything he does. He uses heels with a tire company's logo on them but let me tell you I've been treated better at a used tire store that sells Goodyear then I was by him! End note: I ended up fixing those shoes with a small amount of Gorilla Glue and this guy could have saved himself from all of this if he would have done the same! Nobody likes being taken advantage of!

Wonderful personalized service and excellent work. My shoes were repaired in less than a day at a very reasonable price. Really old school customer service, highly recommend!
