One hour after I made the appointment, I was called back and was told that none of their techs wanted the job and it was not worth their time to come out to Babson Park, which is only 10 minutes away!! What kind of business is this!! I was livid when they told me this and I asked him,” so no one there knows how to make a freezer door close??” He replied “I guess not” I can't believe that anyone running a business would treat their customers this way. So no good recommendation for this appliance repair from me!! |
