Brittany Parr | Absolutely horrible! Cannot say that enough. While Virgil is a very nice guy, he destroyed our TV. Yes, we took our camper TV to him because it was damaged. The cable connector in the back of the TV broke off. My husband was able to temporarily fix it, and it worked great with cable connection through an entire camping trip. To have it fixed correctly we took it to Hometown TV. The initial price was great. He then called to inform us that there was a “dead” spot in the screen. We thought to ourselves that maybe we just didn't see it. Then he calls us another day later to tell us the screen doesn't work at all. That's odd because other than the cable jack it was working great. Went to pick it up, paid 20 to pick up a completely broken TV that's damaged because HE PUT THE WRONG SCREW IN THE WRONG PLACE IN THE BACK OF THE TV. The spiderweb is centered with the most damage on the side of where a screw belongs to secure the back of the TV. |
Richard Cope | I would take equipment to Virgil for repair. Not many places to get old, outdated, equipment worked on. Not everything is repairable, if parts not available. |
Tiffany Minniefield | This guy was so nice he helped me dispose of a broken TV . If I ever have one that needs to be fixed I will make sure it goes to him. |
