| Anthony Fellows | They asked for a Credit Card up front which I provided and told me they would come out the next day to check some equipment I was interested in purchasing at a restaurant that had closed down . It took them a week to get out there as they said they were very busy. It seemed as though everyone else was more important than me. Then I asked for a quote for a repair and they said they were working on it and after I called a few times to inquire when I would receive the quote they wrote me an e-mail saying they couldn't spend any more time on me, lol. Terrible way to do business. I always had to keep calling them back to try to get answers from them. I own my own business and If I told my clients the same answer I would be out of business. The funny thing is the repair would have been a much larger bill than the service call. Terrible way to handle a customer, I wouldn't recommend them as a company to anyone in the Keys. |
| Devin G | Such a great experience! We have had experience with other local AC professionals in Key west but nothing like this. We had an emergency situation where we had a leak coming from our air handler. Within 24 hours they were here and fixing it. Its beginning to heat up here in Key West so I know they were busy with other clients as well. They came when they said they were and fixed the problem under 2 hours. They didn't waste our time or money. Huge shout out to David for being prompt, professional and getting the job done quickly! In the future we will definitely be using Sub Zero againalthough I personally hope we don't have to! |
