| mena parrish | Car broke down, I had it towed here. Engine had to be replaced. First everytime you call they are rude. Like you are bothering them to call and check on progress. We go to pick up the car. They were closed but left keys for us. We live two states away. Crank up the car you can here the exhaust. There is no way they couldn't hear that. It was so loud. Then all the check lights come on and it's leaking coolant. Oil pan leaking. Had to be taken right back to a shop here to be fixed. I couldn't get them on the phone for two weeks. I had to pay for it to be fixed. So I finally had to talk to a lawyer and send them a letter. They finally sent me a check for the damages. But because they couldn't hook it up right the car engine went out again 5 months later because of the damage they caused the first time . I'm even having to replace the exhaust intake because it was burnt up from where it was hooked up wrong the first time. Out 1600 dollars more now. I also asked them SEVERAL times to put the warranty papers for the engine in the glove box. They couldn't even be bothered to do that. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. |
