I took my appliance washing machine in to get repaired and the inspection cost covered the amount of the repair!! That was phenomenal and honest customer service. Not saying that will happen for everyone but they've got a new customer for life. Thank You

Purchased multiple appliances, most seem to work well have had minor issues we can fix ourselves, but a refrigerator that had only been purchased 3 months prior went out completely, causing a huge inconvenience...warranty is only good for 30 days and was told "it's luck of the draw" with these used appliancestrue, but not the best thing to say to a customer with a fridge full of rotting food. There seems to be no benefit to buying from this store with only a 30 day warranty. For that same luck I might as well buy from an individual. Other used appliance stores offer 90 to 180 day warranties.

My father called them and they had someone come out. I was leaving as the repairman was arriving and saw him approach the door. Went on my way to take my husband to work. When I got back to the house, I asked my father if the man had fixed the problem? What repair man? The guy saw me leave and assumed we weren't home. Wow. So my father called and the guy just brushed my father off, said he wasn't coming back. Wow. Awesome. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. IMCOMPETENT REPAIR MAN.
