| Tae | Negotiated time assuming with owner and he came by as he said he would hence the 3 stars. However, from what my wife said, he literally walked in and didn't even stop. He saw the fridge and said, "I don't work on those refrigerators because they're four door". I have a French style Whirlpool refrigerator with the standard two doors on top and two bottom drawers freezer. He basically said that our refrigerator was too complicated and that we needed to hire a Whirlpool technician because there are three separate computers in our unit. It would have been nice to know that he wouldn't work on our fridge to begin with by requesting a model number or something. He never asked me so I didn't think it was an issue. It would have saved me/us time as I had been researching for a technician to come out as soon as possible. |

| Mariah Riley | I called Dorrell on a Saturday night and he returned my phone call immediately. After speaking with him about my dryer issues he told me he would call Monday morning to schedule a time. He called on time and the technician arrived on time between 2 and 5. Didnt take long for the issue to be resolved and it was a 59 dollar service fee. Great company and we will call him again with any other issues we have.
