Found our refrigerator/freezer warm this morning, called Affordable Appliance Repair after all other options were exhausted. They were cordial and knowledgeable on the phone, said a technician could come out in an hour. Indeed, he showed up right on time, asked for symptoms, diagnosed and repaired in less than a half hour. Amazingly good experience, I highly recommend.

Had an appointment for 1pm Monday afternoon, lady from office calls monday morning to tell me they will be there between 10-12. I tell her we had a 1pm appt but says they will be in area earlier so I change my work schedule and say Ok to 1130. 120 pm still no one shows. I call the office and she says they Are not coming as the couldn't wait any longer in my area. She didn't even have the decency to call me and never apologized. Would not recommend them. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
