| Lori Clarke | First call through home warranty was fast. It was downhill after that. Like another reviewer, everything but the dog eating his homework in terms of excuses. He was paid up front for work and we had to do everything from waking him up at noon to hounding him to come finish. We spent in all 2400 with him and he showed a flagrant lack of respect for our time and then would ask why we were giving him a hard time. You have 2400 of my money, you better come to work or communicate without me calling you repeatedly why you are not. Just communicate. It was too much work to get everything accomplished. We won't utilize again or take advantage of the two years free maintenance as it's not worth the aggravation. Nice guy but needs to get organized. |

We have four children, and the two smallest have asthma. We are in the middle of severe thunderstorms and a heatwave of 104-108 this week. Bobby was absolutely amazing, their services are great. Please give him the opportunity to do an HVAC job for you! You will not regret it! You have no idea how much money he saved us! |
