| Raffy Morales | At 1st I wanted to explode on Sears, their online customer service was a Negative 1000, couldn't get anyone on the phone that spoke clear English, no one knew how to look up my claim & I kept getting transferred to different departments. When the person on the other line no longer knew what to do I'd get put on terminal hold. After two hours of frustration on the phone, we drove two hours to the closest Sears and spoke to a real live person LoL!!! We were treated amazingly, got my issue resolved, the service manager honored the online sale price & we got a new grill that same day 0 out of pocket for a replacement !!! Moral of the story, don't call Sears, go to your local store and you will walk away Happy!!! |
