| Anthony Ruiz | The lady that came out after missing our initial appointment and being 4 hours late misdiagnosed the problem with our fridge - charged us almost 300 to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced and the fridge continued having the exact same issue. The day she was supposed to come look at it again she called the same morning and said she was sick and couldn't make it...after calling her several times to try and reschedule she finally shows up late of course she tells us that she doesn't know what's wrong and wants to charge us another 200 to take out the main PCB control board and take it to someone to repair because a new one wasn't available i didn't believe it and later quickly found a new control board on ebay for 69. We gave this person the benefit of the doubt and trusted her to be a professional- Never again. |
