Appliance Repair by Cornerstone Appliance Services in High Springs, Florida

Company sent a technician to repair my fridge which is still under LG warranty. After evaluation, I was told he will have to order the part and come back on Monday that is 6 days after his first visit. I called the company today to find out if the repair can be done sooner. To my big surprise, I was informed they would not be able to give me an exact date as the technician had jury duty next week an information that nobody shared with me or LG when they scheduled the appointment. They wanted to secure a service and didn't care about how long the customer has wait to wait. This way of doing business is very deceitful and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am shocked that there are still businesses that have the professionalism and courtesy that Cornerstone Appliance Services presents! These people are on their game when it comes to appliance repair. We have used their service twice and both times can only be a five star experience. We found all those we spoke with to be helpful, kind and HONEST. Pricing was fair as well.
