| Ellen Colonnese | My refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I had a warranty with Best Buy who use RR Appliance Services. Best Buy made an appointment for me for Monday. When I called RR Monday morning to check on my appointment time I was lucky to speak to June from RR because the rep from Best Buy had made a mistake with my appointment. June said she would look into it and get back with me. My expectations were low but I was surprised when she called me back and fixed my problem. Thank you June for being so thorough and caring. The technician Jesus was also great. I will now use RR for any repair needs I have. |
