I ended up buying the motor from the kitchenaid website with warranty for 72 and installed it myself. It took 15 minutes and I have no experience fixing refrigerators. The 60 was never refunded. |

Myles Cooley | Excellent repair and polite, competent technician. When spoke to the call center, I asked if parts would have to be ordered. He said techs carry all parts in their cars. Not true. Tech arrived in a sedan, not a truck. No parts. Part had to be delivered to warehouse and installed the next day. |
