A lady called back with absolutely no customer service skills & no apology for missed appointment, she literally started the phone call with ..... we can get someone out at this afternoon ???? An alternative appointment would have been acceptable if she had maybe started off with an explanation as to why our 8.30 am appointment was missed or even a call this morning advising that the pre arranged appointment was to be cancelled. Unprofessional, rude & no thanks!!!! |
