Johnathan and his team are amazing. Not only are they very quick to respond, but they deliver quality service. I have worked with them for years and consistently received great service. I had an emergency heat part installed in a home I was selling, just to be certain that everything was working correctly for the buyer. Green Air Controls has always been my 'go to' company for AC repairs, etc., and I've used them several times. They came out, replaced the 7-800 defective part of the heating unit, and went on their way. A couple of weeks later, when I visited the home to check that everything was good, I found the house, very hot inside. The heat thermostat was set in the 80's. I turned it back to 67 and left, happy that the place hadn't burned to the ground. For that month, I received an electric bill over 500!!! Normally, the bill ran from 95 to 150, depending on the month. I, alone, had the key to that house, and no one else entered the home during the hot period. Of course and HVAC would never knowingly leave the temp set high, but it was set that high. Maybe the thermostat was too complicated. Gulf Power said the meter was calibrated and working correctly, so I have a 500 plus bill to pay to Gulf Power for someone's error. I'm very disappointed that Green Air won't offer to at least share the bill with me, and I'm kind of sad that I have to find a new AC company.

We've had ongoing issues with our regular AC company not returning calls and raising the prices. A neighbor uses Green Air and has raved about them. We called to set up an appointment for a maintenance and smell coming from the unit. They thoroughly explained our options and forwarded us their maintenance package options. We decided to go with the biannual maintenances since we do rent the property out in the off season. They scheduled promptly and once the maintenance was completed we recieved a thorough explanation of their findings. The technician was amazing, friendly and thorough. We now know why our neighborhood has been going to them and glad we made the switch!
