Randy Parker | Should be Zero Stars... I have had a inoperable Fridge for over 6 weeks and have had at least 5 or 6 repair visits during that time. One technician said was unrepairable. Next technician came said could be repaired and ordered wrong parts. Next technician could not repair upon arrival because of wrong parts being shipped. Next technician the most recent visit came and "repaired" after correct parts were shipped. Left and said repaired, but Fridge never cooled a bit. Called the next morning to report and Sears could not schedule a return visit for 2 weeks. So that is where we sit... Most frustrating is the fact that every time they have to return there is a week to 10 day lead time and their window of when they will show up 9 hours sometime between 8-5. So you are at their mercy to just sit and wait....The Fridge does not work at all and is less that 2 years old and although covered by an extended warranty which I paid almost 400 for. |
