Richard Sizemore took my call and heard my desperate plea to have my dryer fixed in a hurry as the laundry was piling up and my husband and I work many hours per week! He came right out with his assistant, and fixed it within an hour. The two took the time to listen to what I was saying, and troubleshooted the problem until they figured it out. Some companies order replacement parts over the phone to save themselves the extra trip, but Mr. Sizemore cared enough to come over first! Sizemore's TV and Appliance Repair will be my forever go to place when I need repairs!! Two big thumbs up from my husband and I!!! Thank you so very much for getting us back in business... now I'm off to do laundry!! : |
