| Andrea Stens | Would NOT recommend this company. Called about my dishwasher not filling with water. Technician came and "looked" at it, "reset" it, explained additional work he did that was not noted on invoice, charged me 89, and THE VERY NEXT DAY I have a leak from the pump, causing damage and a water stain on my cabinet. Of course, the company denied responsibility, says it was leaking already and I just didn't notice. Are you kidding me? Who wouldn't notice a huge water stain on their cabinet? And why would I just "notice" it the day AFTER he "worked" on it? Call someone else! Plenty of other reputable and honest companies out there. |
| Jessica S | BEWARE 80 Service fee which is not disclosed prior to him coming out. First, the person forgot about our original appt, gave him a second chance and asked him to come the following week to look at our fridge. Well he came, was there 8 min total, 2 of which was looking at the fridge. Told us we needed a new one, that our fridge was a bad model and we should get a whirlpool, then charged us 80 service fee for absolutely nothing. I understand a fee for coming out, but 80?! Insane. |
