He came back and installed the part. Needless to say the dishwasher still didn't work, with the same problem I called about. 300 later they stopped answering or returning my calls and we had to buy a new dishwasher on top of that. The tech had promised we could return the part since it was still new. But no response. Horrible experience. I will never use them again. |
