Avi, the owner, sent out a guy to see what was wrong. I was quoted a ridiculous price to replace a part on my machine. After the repair tech left I decided to look the part up on the internet and realized Avi charged me THREE times the price I could find it on my own. I called up less then an hour after they left my house and told them I changed my mind and to please refund the deposit back to me. Avi immediately ran to the bank and cashed my check so I wouldn't be able to put a stop payment on it. I have called multiple times and each time Avi lies that he has mailed the check out. He is unethical. Do not trust him as he will rob you. |
