| Max Donez | When I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked a cashier to send someone to the department that I was in and had to wait for over 20 minutes for an employee to get to me. The store was not that busy and the employee wasn't knowledgeable about the product in his department. I ended up doing an internet search of the product on my own and I bought it. They shouldn't have employees in departments that are not knowledgeable of the products in that department. It wastes time. |
