She ordered the part and the next day it was in and she was able to schedule Tony to come and put it in. Wow talk about a fast turn around. Now let me tell you about Tony the technician, he was awesome! He serviced both units and it was the most thorough service we have ever had. Tony was pleasant and understanding to our needs.
