Hands down THE BEST company to use for heating and air. We purchased our home over a year and a half ago. Soon after we moved in our ac which was 14 years old started to not work properly and John was able to get it working again within the hour. Several months after that we had another issue, a clogged line, and John again came out and fixed the issue and even showed us how to clean it out in the future. We initially thought it was the thermostat so we had purchased one before calling John and even though that was not the issue, he offered to install it since he was already at our home. Last week our ac finally had enough and was not working at all. Our fist call was to Cheryl, John's wife. She schedules the appointments and is always so incredibly nice. He came out and was able to provide a temporary fix but informed us that we could replace a part and see if it worked but due to the age of the unit nothing was guaranteed or the ac could replaced we figured that day was fast approaching due to its age. John worked with us to get it replaced and provided a fair and honest quote. He is knowledgeable, friendly and offers amazing customer service. I will only use this company for our heating and ac needs as well as highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for fair, honest and reliable work.

I recently moved to Edgewater and have only been living in the home for about 3 months. I noticed my air conditioning unit was not cooling the house properly. As a disble veteran who lives on a fixed income I was dreading the fact i might need a new air conditioning unit. After doing some research online I found Innovative Air And Heat LLC, after reading the reviews on how professional and honest they are I had to call them. They definitely met my expectations and John is very friendly, super honest, and i would highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their air conditioning unit. My issue was a clogged condenser line and John showed me how to take care of it so I would not have any more problems later on down the road. The service they provided was amazing, had my house cooling within the hour. If I ever have any problems I will not hesitate to call them again.

Absolutely amazing service, truly the best a/c-heat experience I've ever had. Very efficient, available quickly, educational, and affordable. I will never use another company again. I am so incredibly thankful for how easily and efficiently these gentlemen were able to get my heat to work. After a week of no heat with two little ones in the home these guys were life savers.
