| Monique Brown | I bought an expensive gaming laptop and one day after the one-year warranty expired, the laptop started randomly shutting down until it just wouldn't boot back up. I took the laptop to MIT computers in Citrus Park. They gave me the runaround for TWO WEEKS and finally when I went to check on the computer, they told me that I had an electrical surge and the parts were fried and it would cost too much to fix the laptop, so I should just buy a new one. I was crushed. They charged me nearly 100 for nothing. My husband bought another one for me, but I kept the old one because I love it. One year later, the new laptop same brand had an issue. I knew I wouldn't be going back to MIT, so I got on Google and read Dan's reviews. They were stellar. I decided to take my new and old computer to him to see if he could possibly salvage them both. THREE days later, BOTH of my computers work! He replaced one part in each computer and his rates were great! He was not a d bag like the guy at MCI either who lied to me and charged me a fee for work I suspect he never did. Dan is the man!! |
