Showed them the original receipt that shows paid 100 but he insisted his records shows an amount due. Final receipt showed I overpaid 77. When I called the customer service number, they told me to write a letter and mail it as a dispute to their offices. This is 2019, nobody writes a letters and mails it in! It's just their way of discouraging anyone from collecting their hard earned money when they overcharge you!
