The office is always very friendly when I call to schedule appointments on either of my homes and they are very accommodating to my needs as well as the needs of my tenants. They are also very fairly priced so that servicing doesn't necessarily need to break the bank. I have found this company to be honest which is hard to come by and goes a long way with me! |

| Duane Busse | I am new to the area, living in a house I bought just a couple of months ago. Upon discovering that my heater did not work, I called one firm and was told that because of the age of the system I would need a new "heat kit", which would be around 2000, so I might as well get a replacement AC/Heat unit for around 6000. I then called Bay Area Air Conditioning, Inc.. I spoke with Lisa in, I believe, the Crystal River office. She was professional yet pleasant, encouraging, and very competent. She scheduled a service call for the next morning. This morning, Shane arrived and began the process of diagnosing the problem. It wasn't easy as there were a number of issues. Long story short I know, too late! Shane very competently, professionally, and patiently found the problems and fixed them. I and Nicholas my canine companion have heat. And it didn't cost anywhere near 2000. Now, the system is still old and will likely need to be replaced in a couple or three years; guess where I'm going to go to buy the new one? You're right, Bay Area Air Conditioning, Inc. To the powers that be at Bay Area, Lisa and Shane are wonderful ambassadors for your company. At one point in my professional life, I was the Chief Personnel Officer of an 8,000 employee school system; were I still, I would hire them both away from you! Now let's talk about the home Inspection!!! Just kidding. |
