I shopped all over for THE cheapest washer I could find, walked in there, said I need a 200 washer, and the very polite, kind man there knocked 79 off a used top load washer, sold it to me for 200! It is upscale, fancy washer, too! FREE DELIVERY! and for another 40, they would install it, and haul away the other washer, all this on 3rd floor with no elevator. I got a 3 month warranty on used washer, what's not to like? GREAT DEAL, strongly recommend!! |
| Tammy Cooper | Delivered a different washer/dryer set than I picked out on the floor. Tried to convince me that was the set I picked. He didnt realize I took a pic of the set I bought. Showed up with a completely different, even the color, dented and scratched set and got mad at me for noticing. Told him the washer sounds like a helicopter while washing and a high pitched ring while spinning. Told me I had to miss work in order to have someone come out. I told him I didnt want this set repaired, I wanted it replaced with the one I actually bought. He again argued that he never had the set I bought despite me telling him I have pics!. He also said he doesnt have repairs on Saturday. I told him I will not give up 150 daily pay for him to repair a set I didnt buy in the first place! Sent all info to the Consumer Protection Bureau and Better Business Bureau as well as the Largo Chamber . These people need to be put out of business |
| TIZIANA JENSEN | Purchased 2 appliances 8-19-19 for a rental property in Belleair. I was given one price, but was charged a higher price. I discovered this once I received my CC statement. My tenant called after install and texted a photo of a dented dishwasher panel I was charged me for a new one. It has been 6 MONTHS and no replacement of the new dishwasher panel. I have called monthly and even went into the store on Missouri Ave. I've been promised by Jit & Johnny 7 times, but they have yet to replace the dented "new" dishwasher panel. I would never do business with them again and I certainly will share my experience with all my family and friends. |
