I came in cause they're registered with Bissel to repair their products... I thought my Pro Spot Cleaner Deep Cleaner Deluxe was broken or inoperable. The service/frontman tested is along with me and a quick yes or no troubleshooting he had my cleaner fixed. I appreciate it alot I was anticipating a headache. Great place. Come by seriously. |
| Mark Williams | Empty promise after empty promise. Went in to get a new brush roller for my vacuum. They had to order it and said they'd give me a call once it arrived. Weeks went by and no call. Reached out to them and said the order hadn't been made yet. Got the runaround for the next few weeks. Finally fed up I returned to pay a visit and still thr part was not in. Was promised it'd be in by the next Friday and that I'd get a call. Another few weeks went by and nothing. 3rd visit, I'm fed up. I just want my vacuum which they've had the entire time back. Just so happens they have the roller and It came in today. Price wasn't what was quoted. Done, never again. Worst experience. |
