James is the best ever! Quick response to request for AC service & what a blessing as it was 96 here yesterday & 88 in the house when he arrived. Had AC running in 10 minutes! Thanks again James.

James returned our call for service promptly as our A/C was out. He scheduled our service for the following morning. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor. We found James to be a very skilled professional and would definitely use 1st Choice A/C Inc. again for our A/C needs. Our service was paid by our warranty company. We paid our 100.00 deductible. We would recommend 1st Choice A/C Inc. to our neighbors and friends.

Jim Miley came to fix my a.c. he had atrocious customer service skills, put freon in and left, 30 minutes later the house was blowing hot air. He came back out days later and said a coil was broken and he had to order a part. He then never came back or called FOR OVER A WEEK. He told my insurance company that my a.c was improperly installed and that it was fairly bad condition. my insurance company then denied the claim. he took 125.00, TURNS OUT AFTER A SECOND OPINION AND PROPER DOCUMENTATION THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER JUST HAD A LEAK AND HE WAS TOO LAZY TO FIND IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY. THE ONLY 5 STAR REVIEW IS FROM THE SAME A.C. MAN WHO CAME OUT?! ridiculous.
